At Flux Forward, we strive to provide high-quality programming courses and learning experiences. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
- No Refunds & Non-Transferability: All payments made for courses, subscriptions, or any digital content on Flux Forward are FINAL, NON-REFUNDABLE, and NON-TRANSFERABLE. Once a course is purchased, access is granted immediately, and no refunds or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances. Users are responsible for ensuring they have read the course details, syllabus, and requirements before making a purchase.
- Course Access & Subscription Terms: Users will have access to the purchased course for the duration specified at the time of enrollment. If a user subscribes to a recurring plan, the subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle. Canceling a subscription will only stop future billing; it will not entitle the user to a refund for the current billing cycle.
- Exceptional Cases: Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:
Duplicate Payments: If a user has been charged multiple times for the same course due to a system error.
Technical Errors on Our End: If a user is unable to access a course due to a verified issue from our platform (not due to personal device, internet, or browser issues). In such cases, users must submit a refund request within 7 days of the transaction, along with proof of the issue. - No Refunds for the Following:
Change of Mind: We do not provide refunds if a user decides not to continue with the course.
Incompatibility Issues: Users are responsible for ensuring that they meet the technical requirements to access the course before purchasing.
Failure to Complete the Course: Not finishing or using the course does not qualify for a refund.
Course Content Satisfaction: We provide detailed course descriptions to help users make informed decisions. Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with course content. - Support & Resolution: If you face any issues accessing your course, please reach out to our support team at support@fluxforward.in, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
